How We Work: Sublimation Heat Transfer

Our sublimation transfers are printed using premium sublimation inks and high-quality transfer paper to ensure bright colors and sharp detail.

Each design is mirrored and printed ready to press. Once heat and pressure are applied, the ink turns into gas and bonds permanently with the coated surface — resulting in a smooth, fade-resistant finish.

Step-by-Step: How to Apply Sublimation Heat Transfers

1. 1. Place the sublimation transfer face down on the blank surface or garment.

   2. Press at 385–400°F (195–205°C) for 45–60 seconds, depending on the material.

   3. Apply firm, even pressure during pressing.

   4. Remove the paper carefully while still warm.

   5. Allow the product to cool — your design is now permanently embedded into the surface!

Recommended Surfaces

• Polyester fabrics (at least 65% polyester)

• White or light-colored garments

Not Recommended Surfaces

• Cotton or dark-colored fabrics

• Uncoated materials (like plain wood or glass)
